Who controls your information
CODXON LTD, company number 16842682, is the controller for personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at info@codxon.com.
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, telephone number if supplied, project requirements, budget indication, timing and any other information included in your message.
Our hosting and security providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, device type, requested pages and timestamps in ordinary server and security logs.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and assess potential work
- To prepare proposals and take steps requested before entering a contract
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We normally rely on taking steps at your request, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating our business, or legal obligation. We do not use project enquiries for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals needed to provide this security check, but Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the information you type into the form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
After the security check succeeds, FormSubmit transmits the enquiry to CODXON. Hosting, email and security providers may also process limited information on our behalf. These providers have their own infrastructure and may process information outside the United Kingdom using applicable safeguards.
If you prefer not to use the web form, contact us directly by email or telephone.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain records and meet legal obligations. We use proportionate organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact CODXON if you have a question about this information.
